Lose weight in a few days

Lose weight in a few days is the dream of all ... It is undeniable that the prospect of long diets and sacrifice is not attractive to anyone, and especially after the big eat the Christmas and New Year, or after a holiday wine and food, everyone would like to find ways to lose weight in a few days.

It's time to analyze this issue in detail. A person with a normal weight and healthy eating and balanced on the scale after the Christmas holidays and finds that his weight has increased by 2 or 3 kg. The panic is justified, because if we think of a sack of potatoes than 2 kg, we realize that our weight has increased considerably. But we must also consider what this increase is to understand that in fact it is not difficult to lose weight purchased within a few days ... a few days. Just take regular physical activity (sometimes even just walking for half an hour a day), drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruit between meals and do light meals made from natural ingredients, like pasta with light sauces with vegetables, grilled meat, baked fish, vegetable soups and vegetables and so on. We must also remember that it is better not to drink alcohol, because even the toast of festivals or holiday drinks are a source of calories and then have a good week without wine or beer helps you lose weight within days.

Then it should go on a diet as possible light and balanced (healthy and light, see recipes for losing weight) so as not to have fluctuations in weight, then here is that if you do some bad mistake at the weekend, does not clearly alter dramatic weight and a kilo more then you can easily lose it again in a few days.

  1. great idea for a blog. I also agree with you about losing weight one must analyze why or what we are eating, and then cut back on the junk. I'm not sure if it's great to try to lose weight in days but months yes. Great info. thanks
