What is the Alkaline Diet Zone?

The alkaline diet is a diet that is related to diet low in fat or carbohydrates, but proposes a good nutrition to lose weight, increase energy levels and help prevent health problems by means of acid / alkaline.

The atmosphere of our body has a pH (a measure of acidity or alkalinity) of about 7.0., Therefore, is an alkaline environment.

To various reactions such as stress, inflammation, or consumption of foods high in fat or acidity, the body attempts to maintain balance, adjust the pH and ensure that all mechanisms work optimally.
