All this means that there is an increase in body weight, but it is a change in a few days, it is said that face-time to become fat, say that this is more a question of some swelling. So here in these conditions it is easier to lose weight quickly, namely in the sense of being able to lose in a few days, the excess weight acquired during the "debauchery".

How to lose weight quickly? The rules are few and sempici: eat less, choose light meals, genuine and natural, cooked without fat. So a lot of fruit (preferably away from meals), both raw and cooked vegetables (preferably steamed, grilled or boiled), pasta or rice with light seasoning (a simple pasta with fresh tomato and raw oil is excellent, digestible and with a reduced calorie intake), meat or grilled fish or grilled seasonal vegetable soups, etc..

Another fundamental rule is to drink plenty of water, avoiding sugary drinks and instead drink and alcohol. Finally, regular physical activity promotes the consumption of calories, active metabolism and helps lose weight quickly with satisfactory results.
